Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for patients based on their nutritional needs, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Counsel patients and families on healthy eating habits, providing personalized guidance on nutrition principles, food selection, and lifestyle adaptation.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient dietary history and nutrition care data, communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Evaluate food quality and conformance to diet prescriptions, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in regular patient care rounds and team meetings, contributing to the development of new programs and policies related to clinical dietetics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a related science.
  • One year of experience preferred; registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for registration within one year.

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
