Industrial Sanitation Team Member Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our Industrial Sanitation Team as a team member. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food manufacturing sanitation procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Remove trash and debris from floors and working areas, promoting a clean and organized workspace.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment during and after the Production Room shift as necessary, upholding high standards of hygiene.
- Identify areas in need of cleaning and prioritize tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow the scheduled cleaning list and adhere to proper sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures, protecting both yourself and your colleagues.
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach constantly throughout the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently. You will also be exposed to varying temperatures and may occasionally work on Saturdays. Our facility is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication are essential.
