EverStaff is seeking a skilled Web Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and web development teams, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating graphics that uphold our brand identity and enrich our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, banner ads, and social media images.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to understand project requirements and craft designs that meet marketing objectives and drive user engagement.
  • Maintain and refresh digital graphics and layouts to keep our website and marketing materials current.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across various digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the creation of branding materials, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and tools to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Degree or certifications in marketing, graphic design, or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, HTML & CSS.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and responsive web design.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
Eligibility
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to user-system interaction.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in staying updated on web design and digital technology trends.
