Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with business goals
  • Create and curate content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance engagement and user experience
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Use analytics tools to track and report on website and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing roles
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
