Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Director - Engineering, Procurement & Construction to lead our Datacenter Construction Delivery team in the Americas region. As a key member of our Cloud Operations + Innovation organization, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Datacenter capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Datacenter capacity.
  • Advocate for safe worksites by adhering to Microsoft Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) organizational requirements and industry best practices/procedures.
  • Develop, manage, and report on Safety, Quality, scope, schedule, and budget of all AMER Sub-Regional projects.
  • Responsible for oversight and implements project risk identification/mitigation, governance and controls for all regional work activities.
  • Partners and provides critical leadership with peers in Engineering, Supply Chain and Project Controls that forms the AMER Leadership Team (LT).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in hyper scale datacenter, micro-electronics, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or other critical infrastructure is required.
  • Proven experience in safety leadership to ensure that there is a culture that drives physical safety, mental health and well-being for everyone.
  • Promotes, advocates and an Ally for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
  • Ethics in the management of large capital projects that deliver predictable results in safety, quality, cost, schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk and develop risk mitigation strategies to deliver projects on time and achieve the required business results.
  • Communication, leadership & influencing skills.
  • Experienced at recruiting, managing and developing an organization that crosses multiple countries and regions.
  • Cross-group leadership, collaborator and influencer across teams and organizations with proven success in participating in cross-functional teams to deliver on key projects.
What We Offer
