Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, business analysts, and solution specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and drive transformative change.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and emerging technologies that impact business processes.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, ITIL) is preferred. Work experience will be considered in place of specific education requirements.
  • Understanding of change management principles and experience in guiding organizations through transitions, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and engagement.
  • A commitment to staying current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
