Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans for our residents.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident assessments and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs for staff members.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to medication management protocols.

What You Will Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
