This is an exciting opportunity to join the Centria Autism team as a Field Staff Manager, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our autism services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects within Centria Autism, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the organization.

You will work closely with other departments and families to ensure the smooth operation of our autism services, developing strategies and initiatives to improve client and Behavior Technician retention. With a focus on building strong relationships with families and maintaining high family satisfaction, this role is crucial in driving success and growth within the company.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. They will be proficient in using technology platforms and systems for operational management, with knowledge of accreditation standards and privacy regulations. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will be able to facilitate effective communication and handoff processes between departments, ensuring seamless transition and service initiation.
