We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at RaySecur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the security sector.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience in direct B2B technology sales or equivalent (hardware with software-as-a-service required)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the security industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to travel, 30% - 70%
