As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring that all security protocols are followed, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train security officers to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect security guards' uniforms, dress, and appearance
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting using our technology systems
  • Maintain patrol vehicles and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Enforce company and client policies and procedures
  • Schedule security officers and respond to call-offs and rescheduling of shift assignments
  • Meet with client management for updates and job-related change orders
  • Ensure quality of service and contract compliance
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in dealing with emergencies and security violations

Requirements:

  • Valid Security Guard License and compliance with area regulations
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
