Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Altru Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in North Dakota or Compact State Agreement
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The work environment is primarily indoor, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.

Driving Requirements:

This position requires occasional driving, primarily for business purposes.
