**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct process analyses to identify operational challenges and optimization potential

• Experience with process management tools

• Confident appearance, strong team spirit, and skilled moderation and presentation skills

• Analytical and complex thinking skills as well as a goal-oriented way of working

• Willingness to occasionally travel nationwide
