The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and a high school degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, destruction, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, and more.
Maintain accurate inventory in JAAMS and direct the inventory control process.
Generate warehouse productivity reports and coordinate with external recycling companies.
Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure personnel have safe and efficient equipment.
Develop and implement warehouse safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
High school degree.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent lifting up to 40lbs and standing for long periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
