Job Title: Project Coordinator - Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of M&A processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a background in managing infrastructure-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage M&A projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including the collection, organization, and analysis of relevant data and documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation required for M&A transactions.
  • Coordinate infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that infrastructure projects align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project coordination, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition management.
  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
