About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create a cohesive project vision.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimates and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing timely and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on delivering complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of construction details and building systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Project management and supervision skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
