Job Overview:

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless guest experience at our front desk, bell services, and concierge operations. This position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing personalized service, and managing guest check-ins efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and guide guests to their accommodations, tailoring the experience to individual preferences.
  2. Assist guests with their luggage and provide room information.
  3. Offer room quotes and promote additional services when appropriate.
  4. Engage with guests, utilizing their names to enhance the personal touch.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
  6. Share knowledge about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
  7. Handle luggage and mail with care and efficiency.
  8. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  9. Process payments and verify charges for guest stays.
  10. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Performance Standards:

Deliver outstanding service to guests, contributing to high satisfaction scores and positive feedback.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Physical & Mental Demands:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be able to work independently and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
