Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure that our facilities are safe and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our facilities are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a housekeeping or laundry services environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
