Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate CADC R, I, II, or III Counselor to provide care to our clients at Medford Treatment Center. Our center offers a unique opportunity to work in a family-oriented environment with a team that values respect, dignity, and compassion.

About the Role: As a CADC Counselor, you will assist opioid addicted clients in identifying their strengths and setting goals for a drug-free existence. You will work closely with our team to provide services to assigned clients and adhere to established program policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in identifying their strengths and setting goals for a drug-free existence.
  • Help clients prepare and adjust to a drug-free existence and offer emotional and physical assistance in problematic issues.
  • Provide services to assigned clients and adhere to schedules, established program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, local, and accrediting agency regulatory requirements.
  • Perform duties within the scope of your license or certification.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licensure and degree: Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.

About ORTC, LLC: ORTC, LLC is an apprenticeship site for United We Heal (UWH). We work with behavioral health professionals and employers to develop training opportunities for individuals pursuing QMHA, CADC, or Medical Assistant certification. We offer free education and paid training, as well as additional financial stipends and support based on individual need.
