Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analysis Recruiter to join our team at Technomics. As a critical contributor to our employee-owned company's growth and success, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding top talent for quantitative analysis-oriented technical positions.

This role is located in Troy, MI, and requires a strong understanding of recruiting best practices and the ability to leverage historical data to inform our strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with company priorities and leverages historical data.
  • Promote Technomics' reputation as a great place to work, learn, and grow internally and externally.
  • Partner with managers to determine job requirements and qualities of an ideal candidate.
  • Source candidates through various techniques, including job sites, career fairs, social events, and effective relationships with social and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications for suitability and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess their knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers and manage the job offer, including negotiation and administration.
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process are compliant with federal and state legislation.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting metrics to Technomics Senior Leadership team.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years' proven technical recruiting experience for cleared positions, including DoD, DOE, and intelligence community.
  • Initiative, intellect, creativity, and drive to impact the future of Technomics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to understand who our people are, what they do, how they do it, and who they do it for.
  • Ability to think critically and work independently.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
