POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Adir International LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging customers with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our company.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, in order to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Support and participate in training and development classes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- English and Spanish.
