Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our dental laboratory team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lab, ensuring high-quality products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the lab team, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products, meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Production Planning: Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient, on-time, and within-budget delivery of products.
  • Financial Management: Oversee inventory, manage labor and material costs, and implement cost control programs to achieve budgeted goals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, drive business growth, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, select, train, and develop employees, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a dental laboratory or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, production planning, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
