You will model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
OperationsYou will provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. You will recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
You will register customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collect cash and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
You will keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. You will check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
Asset Protection and ComplianceYou will implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. You will ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
Visual Merchandising and Store MaintenanceYou will construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. You will complete resets and revisions as directed.
You will assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures. You will have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
Additional ResponsibilitiesYou will provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
You will assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
You will assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
You will comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
You will complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training and Personal DevelopmentYou will attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
