About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to join our team at eTeam Inc. as a Sr. Project Analyst - Healthcare. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Strategic Initiatives

The successful candidate will support the implementation of initiatives that deliver strategic value to our clients. This will involve leveraging analytical skills to support metrics development and performance measurement on data-driven initiatives.

Translate Complex Data

The Sr. Project Analyst will translate quantitative and qualitative concepts into complex business models and key performance indicators. This will involve understanding and accurately applying administrative, clinical, financial, market, and demographic data for use in data-driven improvement initiatives.

Design and Execute Analyses

The successful candidate will design and execute quantitative analyses to support hypotheses, enable informed decision-making, and drive performance improvement insights. This will involve collecting data, identifying data integrity risks, and developing an action plan to cleanse data as needed.

Present Findings

The Sr. Project Analyst will present their analyses and insights to project leadership, supporting the translation of analytical findings into impactful initiatives that will improve performance.

Review Key Performance Indicators

The successful candidate will review key performance indicators for a given initiative and create variance reports to help monitor progress compared to plan. Based on findings, they will recommend improvements that provide additional benefits and value.

Build Skills in Project Management

The Sr. Project Analyst will build skills in the OVM project management methodology and lead smaller projects of medium level complexity. They will build and maintain an internal network for information support and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.

Data Gathering and Business Analysis

They will have experience in data gathering and business analysis, including structuring and translating data into the most meaningful information for the audience.

Experience Partnering with Colleagues

The Sr. Project Analyst will have experience partnering with colleagues from several parts of an organization to collect, synthesize, organize, and interpret complex sets of data.

Previous Experience in Performance/Process Improvement

Previous experience in performance/process improvement projects, including those involving Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, is preferred.

Experience Managing Healthcare-Related Projects

Experience managing healthcare-related projects and familiarity with the healthcare provider industry is preferred.

Familiarity with Healthcare-Specific Data and Systems

Familiarity with healthcare-specific data and systems is preferred.
