We are currently seeking qualified and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to become part of our expanding team. BCBAs will deliver services in various environments, including home, community, and center-based settings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
  • Experience in ESE teaching is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working with young children with diverse diagnoses
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide ongoing training to Behavior Therapists/RBTs on effective teaching and behavior modification techniques
  • Develop, monitor, and revise behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
  • Design appropriate data collection strategies
  • Oversee programming across multiple settings (home, community, and center)
  • Conduct regular meetings with parents/legal guardians and offer continuous training for them
  • Participate in coordination of care meetings with other professionals (schools, SLPs, OTs)
  • Guide, train, and provide feedback to Student Analysts
  • Conduct assessments as needed
  • Full-time availability required, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5 PM
