Lead Infant Educator

**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at Atlanta Montessori International School - Druid Hills. As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will play a key role in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting your students' progress.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Plan and deliver instruction that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Assess and document student progress regularly
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field/Montessori certified preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a Montessori teaching environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for Early Childhood education and commitment to the Montessori philosophy
