As an Infant Teacher at the Primrose School of Grant Park, you will be responsible for providing a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of children aged six weeks to one year old.



Our Infant Care Program is designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and compassion in children. You will provide a stimulating and engaging environment that encourages children to explore and learn about their world.



Responsibilities:




  • Prepare materials that help children explore their environment through learning activities and active play.
  • Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
  • Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
