Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field; CDA/AA/TCC/TCD in ECE also considered
  • Minimum two years of experience working with groups of children in a classroom environment
  • Experience with Reggio-Emilia inspired approaches
  • Knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions or willingness to learn the basics
Key Responsibilities:Pedagogical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of child development
  • Experience developing age-appropriate plans and tracking children's progress
  • Philosophy that encourages children to take risks and develop strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated awareness of different developmental stages of infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children
Effective Communication and Collaboration
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, supervisors, and children

  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
