Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Director for our Adult Services department in York County. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, preferably in the social sciences, and at least 4 years of experience in mental health program evaluation, policy development, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement therapeutic services for adults and their families in York County
  • Provide leadership and supervision to Adult Services staff, including clinical and administrative responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including medical record review and EPMS plan evaluations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to provide comprehensive care
  • Promote fiscal solvency of programs and ensure proper collection of outcome measures and client satisfaction surveys
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social sciences or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in mental health program evaluation, policy development, and staff supervision
  • Experience in delivering behavioral health therapeutic services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SMI)
