About the Role

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As an LPN with our team, you will work closely with pediatric and adult patients to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate their care.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to collect data, analyze patient information, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide skilled nursing care services in accordance with prescribed orders and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
  • One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
