Behavior Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for administering, conducting, evaluating, and supervising the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
  • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Ensure appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented.
  • Train and support behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation.
  • Complete re-assessments and write reports per insurance guidelines.
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
