About the Role

Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Psychotherapist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide individual, micro, and group therapy services to patients via telehealth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
  • Provide ongoing orientation about Mindful Urgent Care programs and services
  • Complete session notes within 72 hours
  • Participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions with the clinical team
  • Uphold HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Connecticut
  • Insurance-eligible through CMS
  • Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and time-manage
  • Desire to work with diverse populations
  • LGBTQ+ ally
  • Bilingual, and American Sign Language (ASL) are a plus
