About the Opportunity

Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Psychotherapist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide individual, micro, and group therapy services to patients via telehealth. Your expertise will be essential in conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing orientation about our programs and services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to patients, including individual, micro, and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to patients about our programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely session notes.
  • Participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions with the clinical team.
  • Contribute to the orientation and training of new employees.
  • Provide comprehensive case management services, discharge planning, and continuing care services as needed.
  • Offer clinical supervision to master's level Social Workers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut.
  • Insurance-eligible through CMS.
  • Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and time-manage.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team.
  • Desire to work with diverse populations.
  • LGBTQ+ ally.
  • Bilingual and American Sign Language (ASL) skills are a plus.
