Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team at CMS Therapy Group, LLC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience working with mental health clients and a current CT license to practice.
This is a part-time W-2 position - 15 client hours/week. Benefits include PTO and paid administrative time.
Compensation:$50,000 - $72,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Provide crisis intervention services to clients as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each client
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions with clients to promote growth toward treatment goals
- Collaborate with other professionals, make referrals, and interface with clients to maintain professional boundaries and advocate for their needs
- Conduct interviews, make clinical observations, and analyze client information to determine their mental health status
- 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Hold a Connecticut license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Worker that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing
- Possess strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
- Training and experience in trauma-informed treatment modalities preferred
