Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling trades and working with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on budget and schedule.
  • Clear communication skills to effectively work with subcontractors, building officials, and inspectors.
  • Oversight of all subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and accuracy.
  • Receiving and inventorying deliveries to ensure all materials are accounted for.
  • Managing the inspection process from progress inspections to Certificate of Occupancy.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel for construction projects in retail, vehicle service centers, healthcare, and ground-up projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and managing construction projects.

We offer a competitive salary, plus a 500/vehicle allowance, company phone, and company credit card for gas purchases. Additionally, you will receive 3500/month for lodging and meals, as well as medical/dental/vision benefits.
