Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Overview:

The Full-Charge Bookkeeper plays a vital role in overseeing the financial documentation of the organization and its associated educational institutions. This position entails managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and conducting bank reconciliations. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for generating financial reports, ensuring the precision of financial records, adhering to accounting standards, and facilitating audit procedures for the organization and its schools. A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities are crucial for this role, which supports schools in delivering a robust educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial records and transactions
  • Prepare and evaluate financial statements
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Qualifications:
