Your Responsibilities:
Key Functions:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting repeat business.
- Adhere to established operational guidelines for group events.
- Gather essential information from clients to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
- Relay all relevant information to operational teams promptly and accurately.
- Foster open communication and positive relationships across departments.
- Address operational challenges, assist with special projects, and participate in meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and interpretation of business materials.
- Strong presentation skills to engage with managers, clients, and the public.
- Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, commissions, and other financial metrics.
- Problem-solving skills in non-standard situations.
- Basic negotiation and customer service skills.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
