Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Surgical Associates. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing the doctor's schedule, and ensuring seamless communication with patients, referring offices, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care Coordination: Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient financial responsibility.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain the doctor's schedule to ensure efficient use of their time.
  • Communication: Partner with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience, effectively communicate treatment options and associated costs to patients, and maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of customer service experience required; medical or dental experience preferred.
  • Skills: Understanding of dental terminology, friendly and professional personality, basic office skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
