We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and adaptability skills, as well as current RN licensure and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will:

  • ">
  • Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety">
  • Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including setting up equipment, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining aseptic conditions">
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to assist with procedures, maintain a sterile field, and anticipate the needs of surgeons and other team members">
  • Monitor patient vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration and airway management as needed during surgery">
  • Provide postoperative care, including wound care, monitoring recovery, and educating patients and their families on postoperative instructions and self-care">
