In this role, you will provide essential customer support for clients of Paychex Property & Casualty Insurance.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that customer relations are upheld and that any claims or complaints are addressed effectively and in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and follow up on inquiries related to Property and Casualty Insurance policies.
- Collaborate with team members, insurance providers, and other relevant parties to resolve P&C questions.
- Educate clients on P&C products, company policies, and applicable insurance regulations.
- Escalate documentation or tasks to other departments as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a foundational understanding of Paychex offerings.
- Utilize various systems and software, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Document all client interactions, perform data entry, and maintain effective organization and prioritization.
- Preferred: Associate's Degree.
- Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.
The starting base pay range for this position is $16-$20.81/hr. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not encompass other elements of the total rewards package.
Your overall compensation will be influenced by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience, which may lead to total compensation outside of this range.
