Client Services Analyst/Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support for account-related inquiries and trading issues.
  • Utilize client feedback to identify areas for process improvement, collaborating with product and technology teams to enhance the client experience and streamline internal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry protocols to minimize risk exposure for the firm.
  • Review account-opening documentation to facilitate the growth of our client base while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Series 7 license required.
  • Finance experience at a retail brokerage firm preferred, but not required.
  • Motivated, self-starter with effective collaboration, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire to work for a leader in the FinTech space.
