Required Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of client service and operational experience

Previous Banking Experience

Accept and process order from property management companies to provide coupon books or statements to consumers

Effective Listening and problem solving

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detailed Oriented with the ability to multi task

Association Services Client Representative Responsibilities:

Review and analyze payment for processing

Convert and work on Excel Spreadsheets

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Update database with consumer information

Research bank database using data on checks and post where needed
