Audit Manager Job Description

CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to oversee and manage the audit process for our clients. This role requires a CPA with experience in audit management, as well as strong knowledge of Quickbooks, auditing, accounting, tax, risk management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Audit Process: Oversee the overall audit process for clients, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Financial Statement Review: Review and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to audit team members, including conducting performance evaluations and mentoring.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues.
  • Audit Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies and procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Multiple Audit Engagements: Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients.
Qualifications:
  • CPA Certification: CPA certification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Quickbooks, auditing, accounting, tax, and risk management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
