  • Conduct intake interviews to assess and evaluate residents for admission.
  • Engage residents in initial and ongoing treatment processes through individual and group counseling.

  • Assess residents' vocational and educational needs and develop placement and follow-up plans.
  • Participate in training seminars to enhance clinical skills and attend weekly individual case supervision and group supervision.

Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant training and experience, including experience working with victims of domestic violence.
  • Bachelor's degree in health or human services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
