About the Role:

  • Recruit, train, and hire part-time staff to support in-store product demonstrations.
  • Oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Product Demonstrators to enhance their demonstration preparation and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including warehouse managers, vendors, and in-store Product Demonstrators, to ensure seamless execution of product demonstrations.
  • Participate in new location grand openings as required.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
