We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Camp Song Director to lead our music program at Camp Kaleidoscope. As a key member of our summer camp staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging music programs that promote creativity, self-expression, and social skills for children entering grades K - 8.

Camp Kaleidoscope is a vibrant and creative community that values inclusivity and diversity. Our campers are curious, energetic, and passionate about exploring their interests in the arts, science, and the outdoors. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where our staff can grow and develop as professionals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your love of music and song with our campers, creating a fun and joyful dynamic that fosters a sense of belonging and connection among our community members.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging music programs that promote creativity, self-expression, and social skills for children entering grades K - 8
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
  • Maintain a safe and healthy workspace, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles
