About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of complex commercial projects, including aviation and light industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction field supervision, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the construction of commercial projects, including aviation and light industrial projects
- Supervise a team of construction personnel, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects meet client requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control
