Waste Technology Services Inc is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to oversee the proper disposition and shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate waste characterization, profiling, lab packing, and shipment preparation
- Ensure regulatory compliance with RCRA and USDOT regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve waste management goals
- Travel to various locations as needed
- 3-5 years of experience in field chemistry or a related field
- Degreed chemist preferred
- Working knowledge of RCRA and USDOT regulations
- OSHA Haz Wopper Trained, RCRA training, USDOT HM training preferred
