This role involves assessing individual reservations under both operational and financial criteria. The analyst is tasked with making informed decisions to enhance the load factor based on guidelines provided by the Revenue Manager. In instances of specific booking inquiries, the analyst will provide assistance and suggest viable alternatives to the sales team.

The analyst is expected to manage booking queues promptly and efficiently.

Additionally, the analyst prepares the capacity for individual flight events, facilitating the transition to the load planning department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess individual booking queues while considering operational, financial, and quality standards.
  • Calculate and modify the gross volume for bookings as necessary.
  • Respond effectively to changes in capacity.
  • Reserve space and weight for specific bookings.
  • Optimize flights in compliance with C2K regulations.
  • Complete and relay flight details to the load planning department, taking into account shipment priority in cases of overbooking.
  • Mark accepted shipments to mitigate potential no-shows as "CAD".
  • Enhance load factors by accepting freight on earlier flights.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Manager to modify overbooking parameters when required.
  • Identify and report process obstacles within Revenue Management to the regional process manager.
  • Assist in eliminating barriers within the work environment.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Essential Functions:

The candidate must be able to maintain a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.

Occasional movement within the office is necessary to access documents and equipment.

Constant engagement with computers and other office machinery is required.

Work Environment:

Office setting with collaborative work.

Occasional exposure to varying lighting conditions.

Qualifications:

Education: GED/High School diploma preferred.

Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts with various time slots.
