Job Summary

Elevance Health is seeking a skilled Corporate Real Estate Workplace Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Real Estate department, you will be responsible for analyzing cost and metrics data on space utilization and operating costs trends. You will work closely with Corporate Real Estate personnel to recommend capacity planning, space solutions, and built environment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and define real estate opportunities and develop appropriate solutions to achieve optimal real estate solutions.
  • Develop analyses and reporting to support strategic decisions that minimize cost and/or deliver savings.
  • Develop space forecasts to meet the business needs of the Main Business Units (MBUs) based on business projections, headcount projections, and space utilization.
  • Develop and recommend alternatives on transactions involving facilities, renewals, expansions, contractions, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Real Estate Project Management Team to define project specifications in terms of cost, schedule, facilities design, and construction to ensure alignment exists between MBU and CRE strategies and objectives.
  • Respond to inquiries from Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Understand technological advances, change management, organizational leadership, and compliance issues and how each supports and/or drives workplace strategies.
  • Provide assistance and leadership throughout all levels within Corporate Real Estate.
  • Work closely with other members of the CRE team to help them manage capacity issues and other facility-related issues.

Requirements

A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or a related field of study, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience within Facilities and Corporate or Commercial Real Estate with project accountability role, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
