Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and embody MOD's values and behaviors
  • Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
  • Coach and develop Shift Supervisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Partner with the General Manager to drive business results and engage with the local community

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
